    Amarillo Operations


    Bring your experience and ideas and help us lead the cross-functional product teams at the Amarillo Assembly Center, formed for the specific purpose of developing, validating, delivering, and supporting the initiatives and goals of the enterprise.

    The teams perform tasks using business systems, processes, tools, and trained personnel provided by Functional Departments.

    What You'll Be Doing As Director Operations Amarillo

    Develop and implement strategies and tactics to enhance the Amarillo Assembly Center's cost, schedule, inventory, and delivery position.

    Administer specific product team efforts that include production management activities to ensure world class quality and on-time delivery.

    Ensure the product teams are driven to serve customers with a high level of urgency.

    Provide input to Center Strategy and effectively assist in development, dissemination, and execution of the Build Plan.

    Facilitate the continuous development and training of employees on effective and efficient job skills and specific methodologies.

    Meet contractual requirements for quality and delivery (CABs, DTs, etc).

    Drive continuous improvements in process quality and flow.

    Skills You Bring To This Role

    10+ years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role.

    Excellent leadership and communication skills. Must be able to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, internal and external suppliers, employees and brief leaders/customers.

    Ability to prioritize work, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent leadership skills.

    What You Need To Be Successful

    We are looking for a driven leader with a passion for results and innovation.


    Bachelor's degree with a major in Engineering or Management or in lieu of degree, minimum of ten years of manufacturing operations experience, preferably in aerospace with an emphasis in composites and/or machining.
