Requirements:
Preferred Experience/Background/Skills

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related degree
• CPA preferred
• At least 3 years of experience is preferred
• Prior public accounting experience is preferred
• Prior income tax preparation, including partnerships, corporations, and individuals is preferred
• Reviewer
• Level experience is preferred
• Strong technical skills including the ability to effectively utilize technology and the commitment to learning in a technology environment
• Excellent supervisory and leadership capabilities
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and willing to take initiative
• Ability to meet challenging client requirements and provide quality client service
• Utilize analytical and research abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel required).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strict adherence to professional ethics
• Ability to successfully contribute to the success of a strategic business unit of the firm

Responsibilities:

• Prepare/Review income tax returns for our clients.
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient in the use of various software programs required.
• The ability to commit to a set schedule/hours per week is highly desired (overtime likely). Day, evening, and weekend hours are available.

All hired individuals will receive training on how to prepare/review returns in our tax software/systems.
