We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop a dynamic team focused on acquiring and retaining customers within the SMB segment.
You will play a pivotal role in driving our ambitious sales growth goals and establishing a strong foundation for future success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage:
- Build and manage a highperforming team of SMB Account Executives, fostering a collaborative and goaloriented environment.
- Develop and implement effective coaching and training programs to equip your team with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Motivate and inspire your team to achieve their individual and collective sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Drive Sales Growth:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the SMB segment, aligned with overall company objectives.
- Establish clear sales goals and quotas for the team and individual team members.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and distributors within the SMB space.
- Operational Excellence:
- Implement and maintain efficient sales processes to optimize team performance and ensure consistent lead generation and conversion.
- Partner with marketing and other departments to ensure alignment and optimize the customer journey.
- Utilize CRM and sales automation tools to gather insights, measure performance, and drive datadriven decision making.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales management, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building highperforming teams.
- Strong understanding of the SMB market dynamics and the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.
- Deep knowledge of SaaS sales methodologies and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor individuals to achieve their full potential.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools.
- Passion for SaaS and a strong understanding of the value proposition you are selling.
