Junior UX/UI Design Coach in Fairfax, VA

Full-time position in Berlin, starting January 2023

As we continue to grow, we are seeking ambitious and talented individuals to join us in reaching more people and providing them with an exceptional educational experience that will help them grow both personally and professionally.


Requirements:


  • Lead and support a group of motivated students in a fulltime course
  • Manage the course's organization and administration
  • Facilitate exercises and contribute to the development of course materials
  • Collaborate with the Head Coach and other Coaches to teach course content, including User Research, Personas, Journey Maps, Flows, Wireframes, Design Thinking, Figma, Accessibility, and Interface Design
  • Provide technical and disciplinary mentorship to participants
  • Work closely with a team of coaches to coordinate and collaborate effectively

About You (Junior-level):


  • Degree in design or equivalent training/bootcamp in the field
  • Passion for facilitation and desire to improve communication and presentation skills
  • Enjoyment in supporting and helping others grow
  • Strong belief in people empowerment and equal opportunities
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and personal responsibility
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of German is a plus
  • Empathetic and compassionate individual
