To strengthen our team in Kassel, we are currently looking for a part-time/full-time Business Lawyer (m/f/d).


Your responsibilities:

  • Personnel management from entry to exit
  • Drafting employment contracts and other personnelrelated agreements
  • Designing labor and disciplinary measures
  • Supporting the management in personnelrelated matters
  • Assisting with IPrelated issues, particularly in the areas of trademarks and patents
  • Supporting in contract review and drafting for specialized products and services

Your profile:

  • Completed degree in business law or law (1st state examination, bachelor's degree or higher)
  • Excellent knowledge of various labor law regulations (individual and collective labor law, tax and social security law)
  • Practical experience in HR, particularly in contract management from entry to exit and in handling personnel measures
  • Knowledge of IP law and initial experience in general contract drafting is desirable
  • Structured work style and confident demeanor
  • Strong understanding of economic relationships and the ability to approach problems in a practical and solutionoriented manner
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office products
  • Excellent German
