Job Description

Are you interested in process engineering in production? Do you enjoy hands-on projects? Are you hungry for knowledge and want to discover what else you are capable of? Then you are ready to start your apprenticeship as a plastics and rubber technologist. We offer this training at our location in Bad Blankenburg.

The job title may be new, but the basics have not changed: Plastics and rubber technologists are in demand experts in all production areas. With this apprenticeship, you pave the way for a successful professional future. In the 3 years of training, you will learn, among other things, the production of our rubber and plastic products and acquire expertise in the increasingly important areas of environmental protection, sustainability, and digitalized work. You will also develop a comprehensive understanding of different materials and their processing, set up machines, operate systems, and monitor the entire production process.
