Our regional branch in Rhein-Neckar, Fritz-Salm-Straße 16 residential home, is currently seeking a permanent full-time or part-time (negotiable) professional in integration assistance (m/f/d) in Mannheim.

Your responsibilities will include accompanying and supporting people with assistance needs in their daily lives (early and late shifts) as part of a multidisciplinary team with a staff ratio of 1:6 or 1:4, creating and implementing individual participation plans with clients, including organizing and designing leisure activities, collaborating with parents, relatives, legal representatives, and responsible funding agencies, and contributing to the continuous development of the house/department, including the specific implementation of the Federal Participation Act.

You will also be responsible for basic nursing tasks and structuring daily activities in group shift work.


Your strengths should include a completed three-year education in the social field, such as special education teacher, pedagogue, certified nursing professional, occupational therapist, or educator (m/f/d), as well as professional and social competence, flexibility and independence in your work, a sense of responsibility, and teamwork skills.

You should also have basic knowledge of common MS Office programs, a passion for working with people, and be willing to work shifts and weekends.
