Saddlehill Cellars in Voorhees, NJ is looking to hire a full-time or part-time
Host - Greeter. We pay
$15 - $17/hr and provide great benefits including
bonus opportunities, health benefits, and a 401K plan with generous employer match. We are open 6 days a week, 11:30 AM - 9:00 PM, serving lunch and dinner. We are closed on Mondays. Available shifts include weekend and evening.

ABOUT SADDLEHILL

Nestled in the heart of suburban New Jersey, a mere 12 miles from the vibrant pulse of Philadelphia, Saddlehill sits as an oasis spanning over 70 acres of vineyards and preserved farmland.

Opening Spring 2024, our spacious tasting room overlooks the vineyards, farm, horse pastures, and flower gardens. Saddlehill is set to become a distinguished destination with a 175-seat farm-to-table kitchen and tasting room. Opening for lunch and dinner, our establishment will serve menu items crafted primarily from farm-produced ingredients.

As part of our retail offerings, we will sell our estate-crafted wines and a variety of foods made from ingredients grown on-site, including jams, sauces, spreads, and honey.

We strive to make the tasting room a beautiful place for our customers to unwind and enjoy world-class wine and food pairings.

HOST - GREETER RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in a similar customer service role (preferred)
Must be 18 years or older
Be a team player with excellent communication skills
Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fastpaced environment
Have a warm, friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to take care of others
Willingness to learn basic knowledge of all wines and food pairings
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult customer situations professionally
Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Has reliable transportation and be on time
Bonus: has a passion for wine
