  • What you'll be doing _
  • Communicate with medical providers to obtain detailed patient account information.
  • Be able to resolve any billing and record retrieval issues.
  • Data entry: Accurately record account information and save documents into the appropriate client files.
  • Maintenance of medical billing, mailing and followup.
  • Maintain patient confidence and protect medical office operations by keeping patient information confidential.
- _Perform other assigned administrative/billing and records duties, as needed._

What you'll need -_

  • Be available Monday
  • Friday, 9 AM 5 PM
- _
MUST have excellent communication/phone skills._

  • Strong phone, computer and data entry skills are a must. (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Adobe)
  • Some experience with electronic billing systems, medical terminology, and medical records is preferred. _(Training will also be provided) Just bring energy and a great attitude to the office._
  • Familiarity with CPT/ICD 10 coding systems
  • 2 Years of medical office experience is preferred
- _Owning a personal vehicle to get to and from the office is important._

  • Have a High School Degree or Equivalent.
