Position Summary:_
The E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders, from picking and packing, to shipping from our various digital marketplaces.
This position will also ensure our products are properly maintained and appropriate stocking levels are always available to process orders.
-Role Scope & Responsibilities:_
- Foster effective relationships with coworkers and management.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Utilize software to compile orders and generate pick sheets for warehouse staff.
- Learn shipping evaluation techniques to make informed decisions benefiting both the company and customers.
- Print shipping labels, confirm accurate order fulfillment, and conduct final checks on outgoing packages.
- Determine optimal packing techniques to prevent damage during shipping.
- Maintain clean shipping areas by organizing, sweeping, and disposing of trash at shift end.
- Ensure packing stations are wellstocked for efficient daily packing tasks.
- Adhere to safety protocols and operate company equipment like box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Execute order requests by locating, packing, and shipping merchandise, prioritizing exceptional customer experience.
- Pack and fold merchandise in accordance with company guidelines.
- Perform local merchandise pickup, delivery, and sample transportation using company vehicles in the SoCal area.
- Fulfill any additional duties assigned as needed.
Job Requirements:_
- Ability to perform physical requirements of position, which includes lifting, pushing, and pulling heavy products or equipment (up to 50 pounds).
- Must have valid driver's license to drive company vehicles and trucks, ability to certify on forklift
- High school diploma or equivalent minimum.
Prior e-commerce fulfillment experience highly preferred.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends if needed.
- Intermediate level computer skills, comfortable in Microsoft Office suite.
Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
