Description
Group Facilitators will collaborate with nursing staff and treatment teams to promote patients' treatment and recovery.


Group Facilitators are responsible for performing necessary documentation, developing and facilitating groups, performing departmental support tasks, and assisting with patient related activities under the supervision of licensed staff.


Group Facilitators are responsible for formulating short term goals and interventions for patients based on the results of Therapeutic Admissions Assessment, and consistent with established long term goals.


Group Facilitators are also responsible for working with the treatment team in learning and teaching the needs of the patients and providing individual interventions for patients with mental illness and/or substance addiction.

This ultimately helps patients to identify behaviors that impact decompensation patterns and determine realistic strategies to manage their symptoms and maintain recovery.

Group Facilitators will report and document any changes observed in condition, mood, affect and/or behavior of patients.

From $35.00 per hour
