rsarchitektur is a customer-oriented and modern architecture firm located near Zurich-Oerlikon train station.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Architect:
FH/ETH %

Your responsibilities will include:

Handling all necessary documents from strategic planning, feasibility studies, design planning to building permit applications
Communication, preliminary clarifications and coordination with authorities, specialist planners and clients
Coordination and control of execution planning within the internal team
Responsible for design tasks Your profile:
Completed education as an Architect: FH or ETH
Several years of experience in managing new construction and renovation projects
Proficient in ArchiCAD, including 3D
In-depth knowledge of Swiss construction, SIA and fire protection standards.
