Glean is seeking a Global Mobility & Benefits Specialist to support U.S. immigration and benefits administration while helping scale our global mobility operations.
+Responsibilities
- Manage and support U.S. employment-based immigration processes (H-1B, O-1, J-1, OPT/STEM, extensions), partnering closely with external immigration counsel and serving as the primary point of contact for employee immigration and work authorization matters
- Ensure compliance with U.S. immigration laws by maintaining accurate employee data across HRIS systems
- Build scalable processes to support global mobility operations in compliance with company policies
