We are seeking Global Mobility & Benefits Specialist to support U.S. immigration and benefits administration while helping scale our global mobility operations.
You Will Manage and support U.S. employment-based immigration processes (H-1B, O-1, J-1, OPT/STEM), partnering closely with external immigration counsel , Ensure compliance with U.S. immigration and benefits laws and company policies by maintaining accurate employee data documentation reporting across HRIS ticketing systems Build document continuously improve SOPs workflows policies to support scalable

About You
- 2+ years of experience supporting US immigration benefits administration Working knowledge of US immigration laws US benefits regulations Experience using HRIS platforms benefits systems ticketing tools Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment independently manage multiple workstreams confidently respond high volume of questions
