Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Communicate consistently with the bank's customer base in delinquent status to discuss and resolve their accounts to the department/bank's satisfaction.
- Skiptrace to obtain information to locate customer and/or collateral through lowlevel investigation.
- Troubleshoot to resolve customer issues.
- Update customer information to maintain viable points of contact with our customers.
Requirements:
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent telephone skills.
- Good typing and PC skills.
- Ability to prioritize and organize assignments.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail oriented.
Required Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of six months experience in collections or call center environment.
- Banking background preferred.
