Overview:

Duties:


  • Manage all aspects of the cafeteria, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness
  • Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Train and supervise cafeteria staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning duties
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of food and supplies
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and employee performance

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in cafeteria management or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of food service industry practices and regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of bartending, kitchen management, and restaurant management is preferred
  • Familiarity with shift management and coffee preparation techniques is a plus
  • Understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation standards
  • Hospitalityfocused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in food service management is a plus
We offer competitive compensation based on experience.


Pay:
$ $22.08 per hour
