We are looking for:

For a friendly daycare center, we are seeking a new team member for 35 hours per week.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the professional and organizational management of the facility
  • Caring for, accompanying, and promoting the development of our children
  • Developing and implementing ageappropriate activities to foster the child's creative personality
  • Designing the daily routine according to our concept
  • Documenting developmental processes and conducting parent meetings

Your profile:


  • Successful completion of studies or training with the qualification to lead a facility according to HKJGB 25b
  • Several years of professional experience as an educational specialist or manager in early childhood education
  • High professional and social competence
  • Enjoyment and enthusiasm for working with children
  • Team spirit, flexibility, resilience, and empathy
  • Curiosity, imagination, and creativity
