We are Skylabs. Since 2009, we have been planning and developing a promising district in Heidelberg with many talented minds - the Bahnstadt. Our first building, SkyLabs, with a total usable area of 22,000 m2, is fully leased. Our second project, SkyAngle, with a total usable area of 18,000 m2, has just been completed and is also fully leased. Currently, we are planning three more properties, with an additional 30,000 m2. We construct, market, lease, and maintain the properties in our portfolio. In addition to traditional project development and owner representation, we also provide on-site asset and property management services, advising and supporting all decisions related to the operation and maintenance of the properties.

Your responsibilities:

You will work in a team to develop sophisticated laboratory and office properties.
You will be responsible for coordinating and linking various planning and construction parties.
You will communicate with specialist engineers, experts, and authorities.
You will manage, control, and optimize external services and ensure compliance with building regulations.

Your profile:

Successfully completed technical college or university degree, ideally in architecture.
Good knowledge of cost estimation, scheduling, construction execution, and tendering and contracting.
Proficient in German building regulations, planning standards, ordinances, and guidelines.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Word and Excel).
Reliable, independent, and structured way of working
