Work Hours :
Monday-Friday,9am-5pm (35 hours per week)

Lunch Period : 1hour (Unpaid)

Equipment to be used by staffing professional:

Computer, printer, phone, etc.

Computer software to be used:

Microsoft Word, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Tableau Desktop/Cloud, Tableau Prep, REDCap or other survey tools.

Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience:

Applicants must meet one of the following or a combination of both experience and education Thirty (30) semester hour credits are equal to one (1) year of relevant experience or Four (4) years of professional experience relevant to the position.
Experience must be related to the journeyman title associated with the position Possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Developing new, as well as, updating or enhancing existing dashboards using Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, and Tableau Server
Assisting in database collection system development
Designing visualizations with a modular design of reports, worksheets, and views in Tableau
Developing dashboards with Tableau parameters.
Assisting in developing, testing, improving, and maintaining new and existing databases to help users retrieve data effectively.
Validating figures from official sources
Organizing data in a clear and understandable format
Clean, standardize, and validate data.
SPECIAL NOTE:
2 plus years of experience in creating Tableau dashboards.
An understanding of the appropriate chart types (Bar charts, Line charts, scatter plots, Heat Maps)
Hands on experience with SQL
Proficient in MS, Excel, i.e., Pivot tables, page layouts, VLOOKUP
Proficient in data visualizations tools, i.e., Tableau
Data Analysis
Experience with large data sets
Critical thinking skills
Detail oriented
Strong written and strategic communication skills
Attention to details to be able to validate values and provide deliverables.
