At Maxauer Paper Factory, we primarily process recycled paper and produce versatile and environmentally friendly printing paper. Paper production has a long tradition with us. Enrich our team with your knowledge. We offer you diverse and challenging tasks in the paper industry.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

During your 3-year apprenticeship, you will not only prepare recycled paper, wood, and pulp, but also monitor and operate our paper machines, raw material processing, and finishing machines.
You will test the quality of the fiber materials and paper, as well as evaluate the corresponding measurement results.
When there are disruptions in the production process, your eye is just as important as your problem-solving skills.
