Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Perform various laboratory tests and procedures following standard operating protocols
- Maintain accurate records of all tests conducted and results obtained
- Assist in the preparation of samples for analysis
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve research goals
Experience:
- Prior experience in a clinical laboratory or research laboratory setting
- Knowledge of microbiology, histology, and laboratory techniques, (genomic sequencing is a plus)
- Proficiency in using laboratory information management systems
- Strong understanding of GLP (Good Laboratory Practices)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with various laboratory procedures and techniques
- Understanding of quality control processes in a laboratory environment
