Responsibilities:


  • Interact with customers at designated home improvement locations to create awareness about our solar products and services.
  • Build positive relationships with potential clients and qualify leads for solar consultations.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of scheduling a solar consultation with our experienced team.
  • Set appointments based on customer interest and availability.
  • Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and customer interactions.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in appointment setting, retail, or customerfacing roles is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and resultsoriented mindset.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with a diverse range of customers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced retail environment.
