What we have planned together:

The REWE Group's warehouse locations are supplied daily with goods from the food and non-food sectors. Deliveries as part of procurement logistics are carried out by contractually bound system service providers.

The control, verification, and billing of these goods flows is centrally managed by the Logistics Trade Germany / Procurement Logistics department.

The goal of this position is the complete administration of service and damage processes, as well as supporting the project managers responsible in this area.

What you will be doing with us:

Taking responsibility? A given for you: You are responsible for all customer inquiries and complaints, as well as processing identified damage incidents from the delivery of our warehouses and markets in the area of procurement logistics.
In your role as a communication and clearing interface, you play a crucial role in ensuring the supply of goods to our customers and a functioning and timely damage processing process.
You work independently: This includes the acceptance, review, evaluation, processing, and response to all delivery inquiries, as well as complaint and damage incidents.
Teamwork: To identify and clarify sources of error in the delivery process, you work closely with the national service centers of the service providers we have commissioned, the customer service departments of our suppliers, and various internally responsible functional areas.
