    At Wilde East Towne Honda we are looking to add a full-time Service Advisor to our growing Service Department In this position, you will connect with our customers and technicians to make recommendations for maintenance programs that meet the customer's needs in an efficient and friendly manner. If you are a great listener, an excellent communicator and are passionate about solving mechanical problems, this job is for you

    Requirements:
    • Previous sales or customer service experience.
    • Prior Service writing experience or Honda knowledge a plus.
    • Active listening skills to assess needs and relate technical information back to the customer.
    • Basic computer skills. Experience with CDK a plus
    • General car knowledge beneficial.
