    Description

    Service Advisor

    As a well know Carrier Refrigeration, Volvo, and Hino dealership, we have 13 locations throughout Illinois, Missouri and Wisconsin. Come join our hard working, long-standing, and highly reviewed branch in De Forest, WI

    Job Duties:

    • Represent GTR to all customers through the efficient and accurate handling of customer questions and repair orders
    • Act as a liaison between the customer and technicians to ensure all parties know the status of repairs
    • Verify warranty and service contracts as needed
    • Provide accurate repair orders and estimates to customers to maintain profit margins
    • Maintain service records for customers
    • Prepare billing invoices for customers

    Desired Competencies:

    • Knowledge and experience with mechanics or a related field
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Organized and detail oriented
    • Proficient with computers
    • Team Player
    • Self- Aware: ability to handle stress under pressure
    • Excellent customer service
    • Flexibility to meet changing demands

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
    • 2+ years' experience as a Service Advisor or similar position preferred but not required
