We are looking for a Medical Assistant to help at the front desk and back office because one of our wonderful assistants will be out on Maternity leave in a few months.

Location:
In the bustling area of Vietnam Town (Story Road, San Jose, CA).

Plenty of good places to eat nearby during your lunch break.


Hours:
Varies but are typically 10am-5pm, Monday through Fridays. We are pretty flexible with times as long as you are dependable and get your work done.

So, you can work as little as 20 hours or as much as 40 hours per week, however long that is needed.

You may come in earlier or stay later if needed. Some weekend work may be considered if you like but not mandatory.

Besides administrative duties such as answering phones, scheduling, billing, insurance verification, etc...

your job duties are (but not limited to):

• Performing Pulmonary Function Tests
• Home Sleep Test instruct
• CPAP instruct
• Remote Patient Management

(Don't worry, we will train you all these things)


Requirements:

• Since 7080% of our patients are Vietnamese, you must be fluent in Vietnamese (and English of course)
• Must be able to work independently and be proactive.
• Lastly and maybe most importantly, you must be friendly and service oriented. We are looking forward to having someone join our team and staying with us for a long time.
