Julien's is a new Farm Store and Bakery / Café in Granby, Connecticut, and was created to serve seasonal food and baked goods.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Julien to develop and execute growing menu of prepared foods as well as grabandgo
• Chef's focus will be on the savory portion of our growing offering
• Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistency
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work area
• Collaborate with Julien kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Experience:

• Previous experience as a chef in a similar, commercial role is required this is nonnegotiable
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet production deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Creativity and ability to develop new recipes or modify existing ones

Note:
Bartending experience is not relevant to the position of Chef.


Pay:
$ $28.00 per hour
