    CLASS A CDL SHUTTLE DRIVER

    3RD SHIFT 2:00AM - 10:30AM

    North Canton, Ohio

    Job Responsibilities

    We are looking for a Class A CDL Shuttle Driver to join our Operations Team in North Canton, Ohio. This 3rd shift position requires safely transporting material from North Canton to Middletown, Ohio. The driver will assist with offloading and loading material onto local trucks and may also assist with local deliveries and dispatching.
    • SAFETY FIRST Safely operate a commercial truck.
    • Operate powered industrial vehicles and cranes to unload and load material.
    • Verify and count material against packing slips to ensure correct material is on truck.
    • Inspect material and report missing or damaged items.
    • Properly secure loads and within weight limits and conduct truck inspections.
    • Deliver material safely and in a timely manner.
    • Report vehicle problems to lease company and supervisor.
    • Complete logs and paperwork legibly, accurately, and completely.
    • Report vehicle maintenance requirements.
    • Comply with all DOT driver regulations and requirements.
    • Dispatch and process paperwork if needed.
    • Assist with cleaning and maintaining facility.
    • Maintain a clean driving record.
    • Represent company in a professional, courteous, and presentable manner.
    • Perform additional duties as directed by manager.
    Requirements & Qualifications

    ***This is a SAFETY SENSITIVE position: requires operating heavy machinery.***
    • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
    • Valid Class A CDL driver's license and medical card
    • Experience directly related to the duties of the position.
    • Proven record of driving safely and clean MVR.
    • Ability to meet physical requirements of position.
    • Ability to pass a drug test, physical, human performance evaluation, and background check
    • Capable of meeting physical requirements of the position
    • Willingness to work overtime
