Responsibilities include:
- Great customer service phone skills (Win the phone)
- Greeting the customer and collecting customer information
- Scheduling utilizing proper shop flow
- Shuttle customers as needed
- Follow up customer satisfaction
- Check in and check out customers
- Marketing assistance and customer reviews
Qualifications:
- Must genuinely enjoy helping people
- Have an excellent work ethic
- Excellent phone skills
- Typing skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong customer service skills
- A desire to learn and grow
Requirements:
- Valid driver's licenseclean driving record
