Scheduling and planning of elective pre-admission and inpatient patient admissions
Surgical disposition
Continuous optimization of the admission process

Completed training as a healthcare management assistant or a comparable qualification
Familiarity with KIS and common office products
Friendly and empathetic approach towards patients, family members, and referrers
