You must have a demonstrated ability to be flexible, meet deadlines, and creatively solve problems.This individual will leverage our platform and products and partner with the broader Recruiting and Diversity and Inclusion teams to help us develop a stronger and more diverse pipeline that represents our global users.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate,plan and execute internal and external I&D hiring events and other talent acquisition projects
Creatively market Inclusion & Diversity through multiple recruiting channels in partnership with our Employment Branding teamtoLeverage our external recruiting social channels to tell our story
Proactively identify and implement process improvements
Analyze and track initiatives related to underrepresented groups and determine future trend
Research and analyze external talent pools, market supply, partner organizations, and events coupled with utilizing project plans to create customized recruitment approaches to enhance pipeline
Remain current with EEO and diversity-related laws, regulations and policies as well as Palo Alto Networks Diversity and Recruiting narratives
QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years of experience as a function member within HR (Talent Acquisition highly preferred) with exposure to Inclusion & Diversity program is preferred
Comfortable working with large data & analytics and putting into meaningful form that all audiences can understand
Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel analyzing data in spreadsheets, pivot tables or macros).
Attention to detail with creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects and strategies.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
Ability to work well with others at varying levels in the organization
Ability to scale in a high growth, fast paced environment
