Description

Schouest, Bamdas, Soshea, BenMaier and Eastham a rapidly growing defense law firm is looking to expand our HR team. This is a newly created position, so the tasks may evolve over time. There is no recruiting or reinventing the wheel with this position. It is a true nuts and bolts HR position. We have the processes in place, just need more hands on deck.

Duties will include (but aren't limited to)
- processing payroll on a semi-monthly basis
- providing HR support to assigned offices (we have 5 currently)
- assisting in updating job descriptions
- assisting in coordinating annual reviews
- assisting with new hire on-boarding process
- coordinating pre-employment background checks
- other duties as assigned

35 years true HR experience

- excellent customer service skills
- willingness to be part of a team
- no drama. We are a drama free group
