$60,000-$80,000 (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
As a
Funeral Director/Embalmer at Rest Haven Funeral Home & Crematory, you will be responsible for providing compassionate support, guidance, and direction to grieving families during their difficult times


Your duties will include:

Arranging Funerals: Collaborate with families to plan and organize funeral services, ensuring their wishes are met.

Embalming and Preparation: Skillfully embalm and prepare deceased individuals for viewing and burial.

Conducting Services: Lead funeral ceremonies, memorial services, and graveside committals with empathy and professionalism.

Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including death certificates, permits, and other legal documents.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to families, answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering support.


Qualifications:

Licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer: You must hold a valid funeral director and embalmer license in the state of Maryland.

Compassionate: Show empathy and understanding to grieving families.

Organized: Handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records.

Professional: Represent the funeral home with dignity and respect.
