Description

As a Product Information Management (PIM) Specialist you will manage product data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness across multiple channels and systems.

You will have a background in data management, and an understanding of product information management practices. You will report to the Digital Marketing Channel Manager. This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with teams, including marketing, product management, and IT, to gather product data and requirements for management and sharing using existing marketing collaterals to obtain and enhance product data information
Maintain a centralized product information repository and ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits and quality checks
Create data governance policies to ensure consistency and accuracy of product information
Define and maintain product data structures, taxonomies, and attributes in the PIM system to facilitate efficient data management and retrieval
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to product information management.

Manage product data enrichment processes, including content creation, categorization, and attribution, to enhance product listings and improve customer experience

Collaborate with IT and PIM teams to integrate and synchronize the PIM system with other enterprise systems, such as ERP and ecommerce platforms
Provide training and support to endusers on PIM system functionality and best practices for data management. Continuously monitor and analyze data quality metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data cleansing and enrichment initiatives

Qualifications

US Citizen
Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field. A combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered
Experience working with Product Information Management (PIM) systems and tools
Experience with data management principles and practices, including data governance, data modeling, and data quality management
Proficiency in utilizing PIM systems and related technologies, such as master data management (MDM), data integration, and data transformation
Experience in manufacturing industries and ecommerce is a plus
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel (mandatory) or Informatica.

Salary Range $75,000-$82,000 plus annual bonus
