We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Salesforce Developer/Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in Apex and Lightning custom development on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and possess the ability to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) is preferred. Additionally, experience with GitHub-based CI/CD processes and agile execution using Atlassian suite of products (Confluence/JIRA) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Product Owner and the development team to review requirements for Salesforce solutions.
Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components and related Salesforce technologies.
Customize and configure Salesforce applications to support business processes and workflows.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware.
Implement and maintain GitHub-based CI/CD processes to automate build, test, and deployment pipelines.
Participate in agile development practices using Atlassian suite of products (Confluence/JIRA) for project management and collaboration.
Perform unit testing, system testing, and support automation testing, user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of developed solutions.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
Document technical designs, specifications, and implementation details.
Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or commensurate experience in Salesforce custom development.
3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Apex and Lightning custom development.
Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware.
Familiarity with GitHub-based CI/CD processes for Salesforce development.
Proficiency in agile execution using Atlassian suite of products (Confluence/JIRA).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce App Builder are a plus.

Base Salary

The Annual Base salary for this position will be between $145,000.00 and $175,000.00 based upon experience.
