Our team is currently seeking a Supervisor with (LCSW) who will assist the Director of Clinical Services in providing supervision to all clinical staff and interns as well as Support Coordinators

  • Oversee all clinical programs including Behavioral Health, group/individual counseling services.
  • Responsible for providing direct weekly individual and/or group supervision to all clinical staff
(LSW, LAC, CADC, interns, Support Coordinator's etc.)

  • Conduct random client chart audits by monitoring clinical records regularly for quality and
compliance with State, Local, and Federal Regulations.

  • Ensures that the policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of services are
implemented and that recommendations to improve performance are communicated to the staff and the

company.

  • Carry a mínimal caseload and conduct Biopsychosocial/behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, record
documentation in NJSAMS or other EHR, train and monitor staff for treatment plan implementation.

  • Coordinate and facilitate a team meeting to identify service needs and develop individual support plan (ISP) and entering date into the electronic health record (iRecord).
  • Closely monitor and supervise cases assigned to the agency for Support Coordination to ensure new plans are submitted in a timely manner and SC's plans are consistently reviewed to ensure all renewal plans and MTs are completed and uploaded in a timely manner.
  • Participate in review of ISP plans and facilitates educational workshops, meetings, and other conferences associated with the Support Coordination program.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Master's degree from an accredited school or counseling degree from an accredited school.
  • Active New Jersey LCSW license
  • Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, and EHR systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
