Onsite at Carlsbad, CA; Pittsburgh, PA; Rockford, IL; Ft. Collins, CO


What will you do?

  • Govern an established tagging framework used to classify content across multiple businesses and regions within the division. Ensure alignment with the broader corporate taxonomy.
  • Own the divisional Content Library infrastructure and chip in to the expansion roadmap, including the addition of content usage and performance metrics, as well as identify and build regional assets.
  • Ensure divisional alignment and integration with content technology driven by partners at the Group and Corporate levels and supporting organizational change.
  • Drive strategic content audits to improve the customer experience shared across the division, focusing on staying current with modern content technologies.
  • Assist in the development of processes, metrics, and benchmarks for efficient content production and optimization. Use emerging content technologies such as generative AI, and sharing standard processes with peers and leaders in the division.
  • Work across the matrix to collect and advocate content operations standard processes, such as editorial calendars, development processes, and asset/content management, and sharing established best practices during divisional town halls, showcases, and communications.
  • Collaborate with Analytics and SEO teams to ensure they are fundamental elements of content operations.
  • Stay updated on the latest content management technologies and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

How will you get here?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar field required
  • 2+ years of content marketing or content operations experience
  • 2+ years of marketing operations experience. Experience in the life sciences industry is a bonus.
  • Experience with content management and marketing operations technology and platforms.
  • Knowledge of key competencies, including 4Ps and marketing mix, marketing communication, segmentation, value proposition, and marketing program development.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, strong project and time management skills, and fast paced.
  • Selfstarter who thrives in a dynamic matrix team environment, with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to change.
  • Takes a datadriven approach to sharing insights, optimizing strategies, and piloting innovative new approaches.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $83,300.00-$113,000.00.


This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
