Overview:

Korman Healthcare, a family owned and operated company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Controller to join our team.

The Account Controller will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of our organization. This is a position that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate financial information


Duties:

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate financial records
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and account reconciliations
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management
• Manage the monthend and yearend closing processes
• Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams to support decisionmaking processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Accounting Controller or similar role
• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory reporting
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliation and account reconciliation
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Solid understanding of doubleentry bookkeeping principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay:
Up to $95,000.00 per year
