Outside Sales Representative

$70,000-$90,000 plus sales incentives

Trulite is GROWING We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative for our Pittsburgh, PA location. You will be servicing Western Pennsylvania and surrounding areas which will pick up some of Ohio, West Virginia, and possibly northern Virginia. Potential for one overnight stay a week.

A successful Outside Sales Representative will support the overall sales strategy by serving customers, selling products, and meeting customer's needs. Specifically, they will service existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and, ultimately, closing the deal. They will provide feedback to the Regional Sales Manager and Branch Operations Manager regarding trends, quality, and competition. The person filling this position must be adaptable to ever changing business environments and ensure general business and customer communication and confidentiality. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a quarterly sales incentive based on meeting set goals determined by the organization's leadership. This position is a Salary Exempt position and will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
