    Responsibilities:

    1. Blockchain Development: Assist in the design, development, and implementation of blockchain solutions. Work closely with senior developers to understand project requirements and contribute to the development of smart contracts, decentralized applications (DApps), and other blockchain components.
    2. Smart Contract Development: Learn to write and deploy smart contracts on blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Binance Smart Chain. Collaborate with the team to develop and test smart contracts for various use cases, including tokenization, decentralized finance (DeFi), and supply chain management.
    3. Blockchain Integration: Gain experience in integrating blockchain technology with existing systems and applications. Assist in building APIs and interfaces to interact with blockchain networks and implement blockchain-based features into web and mobile applications.
    4. Testing and Debugging: Learn to conduct testing and debugging of blockchain applications to ensure functionality, security, and performance. Participate in code reviews and testing activities to identify and fix issues in a timely manner.
    5. Research and Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in blockchain technology. Continuously expand your knowledge and skills through self-study, online courses, and participation in blockchain communities and events.
    6. Documentation: Assist in documenting technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and code repositories. Contribute to the creation of developer documentation and tutorials to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.

    Qualifications:

    1. Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Relevant coursework or projects in blockchain development are desirable.
    2. Programming Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in blockchain development, such as Solidity, JavaScript, or Python. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
    3. Understanding of Blockchain: Basic understanding of blockchain principles, concepts, and technologies. Familiarity with blockchain platforms and protocols such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Binance Smart Chain is advantageous.
    4. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to analyze complex problems and propose creative solutions.
    5. Team Player: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and learn from senior developers.
