Job Overview:
Duties:
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements.
- Receive orders and Develop work instructions (travelers, routers) for every new order.
- Communicate with customers and host customer visits.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate production staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain the quality requirements.
- Receive all new orders.
- Inspection of all completed orders.
- Coordinate all outgoing shipments.
Experience:
- Must be driven, growth oriented, quality focused, hardworking, open, honest and respectful
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, operations, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Manager or similar role
- Experience with NADCAP requirements, audits.
- Experience with NADCAP welding
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles is a plus

Pay:
$90, $110,000.00 per year
