- Assist with housing for newly arrived refugees by confirming housing arrangements and airport pick-up times.
- Develop relationships with landlords and/or property managers.
- Inspect housing for safety, code compliances and identify any issues.
- Ensure housing is move-in ready with required furniture and other items, with utility service on.
- Other assigned duties as assigned
- Knowledge of St. Louis neighborhoods
- Proficiency in using web‐based client database programs and Microsoft office programs
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills.
- Manage multiple tasks at once
- Ability to work productively in a multicultural environment and demonstrate respect for
- Must have a car and valid driver's license with proof of insurance
- Some evening and weekend hours
- Willing to obtain a MO chauffeurs license.
