- Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus 5+ years' experience using the ADDIE model for training
- Minimum 3 years of experience designing blended learning with tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Camtasia, or Articulate Storyline
- Expertise in Adobe Captivate
- Ability to explain technical concepts verbally and in writing
- Experience in virtual training facilitation and engagement techniques
- Experience with Confluence is a bonus
- Project management skills are advantageous
- Understanding of adult learning principles and ability to recommend training approaches
