    Job Title: Learning Experience Designer at Rose International

    We're on the lookout for a skilled educational professional experienced in crafting e-learning, instructor-led, and virtual training content. Our ideal candidate is someone who loves creating engaging training materials and thrives in a collaborative setting, always aiming to enhance our training content.

    • Required Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus 5+ years' experience using the ADDIE model for training
    • Minimum 3 years of experience designing blended learning with tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Camtasia, or Articulate Storyline
    • Expertise in Adobe Captivate
    • Ability to explain technical concepts verbally and in writing
    • Experience in virtual training facilitation and engagement techniques
    • Experience with Confluence is a bonus
    • Project management skills are advantageous
    • Understanding of adult learning principles and ability to recommend training approaches

    The AI/ML Data Operations team is seeking a dynamic Instructional Designer to transform complex technical concepts into compelling learning experiences for a diverse audience. Your role involves collaborating with various teams within the company to deliver high-quality annotated data through innovative training solutions.

    Your responsibilities will include analyzing training needs, defining training strategies, building training solutions, and coordinating with regional training teams to ensure the delivery of top-notch learning experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and simplify complex information for learners.

    • Key Responsibilities as an Instructional Designer:
    • Collaborate with team members, SMEs, and stakeholders to craft tailored training content
    • Manage multiple projects and adhere to deliverable dates
    • Develop training materials for various formats
    • Support training delivery and incorporate feedback
    • Execute all stages of the Training Development Life Cycle using the ADDIE model
    • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and project management skills
    • Utilize eLearning and video creation tools effectively
