    Description

    Role Overview: As an Instructional Designer, you will use adult instructional design principles and processes to support internal and external learning programs. You will manage channels to support various initiatives and produce desired outcomes.

    • Type: Contract, 12+ months
    • Hours per week: 40 hours
    • Location: Santa Clara, CA - 100% Onsite

    Day in the Life:

    • Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content.
    • Work with subject matter experts to identify learner training needs.
    • Maintain a library of clinical case examples.
    • Visualize and create instructional graphics and user interfaces.
    • Create supporting materials such as audio, video, simulations, and games.

    Your Qualifications:

    • Established instructional design training and samples required.
    • Experience in a regulated environment, preferably medical device or healthcare.
    • Proficient in iSpring Suite, PowerPoint, and Articulate Rise.
    • Ability to edit images, audio, and video using Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Experience managing content in an LMS.
