Responsibilities:


  • Leadership Excellence: Oversee and lead a team of Plumbing technicians to ensure highquality service delivery. Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Revenue Performance: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth in the Plumbing division. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and optimize existing customer relationships
  • Operational Optimization: Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Streamline processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members. Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements, and best practices to ensure the team delivers cuttingedge Plumbing services
  • Customer Satisfaction: Focus on customer satisfaction by ensuring service quality and addressing customer concerns. Foster a customercentric approach within the team
  • Team Development: Foster a positive and inclusive team culture. Provide mentorship and training to team members to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional growth

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in residential Plumbing management, with a track record of driving revenue performance
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • HVAC certification and indepth knowledge of industry best practices
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
