    The

    Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst


    provides support to the organization by evaluating revenue optimization, performing operational forecasting, creating solutions on expense management, analyzing performance trends, preparing annual budgets, and generating ad-hoc analyses or reports as requested.


    Responsibilities :
    Assist in the preparation of proformas for third-party management agreements.
    Work with the transition team to establish transition budgets while leveraging prior transitions as basis for expenses.

    Track transition expenses, prepare monthly reports comparing actuals to budget, and collaborate with internal workstreams to document variances in order to improve future budgeting processes.

    Analyze monthly community revenues and rent rolls for occupancy, billing trends, market rent optimization, discounts, accounts receivable balances, and other ancillary charges.

    Perform financial analyses on key cost centers across communities to identify expense trends, analytics based on resident per day calculations.

    Create, maintain, and generate reports utilizing MS Office with emphasis in Excel and other proprietary software and platforms.
    Generate weekly and monthly labor reports for all communities.
    Assist in the preparation of annual community budgets and reforecasts.
    Analyze and monitor financial variances across the portfolio.
    Utilize reporting tools to track and report KPI metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
    Prepare and assist with ad-hoc reports to include variance analysis reports, KPI reports, and management and/or user dashboards.
    Collaborate with internal departments to understand business drivers, gather relevant data and provide support for company initiatives.
    Perform other duties as assigned.

    We'd like to talk if you have :0-2 years of finance, operations, or information systems experience in growth environment
    Experience in financial modeling and data analytics
    Experience in senior living, hospitality, or multi-family industry preferred
    Must be organized and detail-oriented to ensure accuracy

    Must have strong presentation skills and proficiency in communicating financial information to non-financial leaders at all levels of the organization.

    Self-starter with the ability to work independently, communicate progress, and execute effectively.
