    Description
    Position will require Nashville residency

    Our client, a private equity backed installation and repair organization, is looking to add a FPA professional to provide management with an analysis and insight of financial results in coordination with the broader accounting team. The overall objective is to contribute to directional strategy as well as utilize in-depth specialty knowledge to provide advice and counsel on the evaluation of financial reports of current and projected performance.

    Primary job functions include:
    • Create financial reports to clearly summarize financial trends and provide insight to senior management
    • Advise on directional strategy and provide guidance on significant business and product decisions
    • Collaboratively evaluate opportunities for business growth and cost control
    • Lead the FP&A efforts on both integration and process improvement projects, in close collaboration with CFO and Controller
    • Develop annual budgets and mid-year reforecasts in partnership with CFO. Layer in forecasts for acquired companies.
    • Prepare analytics in support of CEO Reviews, including business initiatives
    • Execute analysis of product profitability and provide guidance on significant business and product decisions

    Position requires
    • 2+ years as financial analyst in private equity backed growth company with extensive experience building forecasting models, preferably across multiple business units,
    • Experience preparing Board presentations, including developing variance analyses based on operating activities
    • Worked with operating and sales staffs to support growth, including identifying and preparing KPIs based on strategic thinking,
    • Excel power user; business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)
    • Cash management/cash forecasting
    • M & A experience with post-acquisition integrations
