    Contract: 12 Months (Renewable)
    Pay Rate: Up to $28/hr

    Summary:
    The main function of a fitness representative is to be responsible for group fitness classes for employees.
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and lead group fitness classes for employees, catering to various fitness levels and interests.
    • Offer guidance on proper exercise form and techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness.
    • Conduct regular assessments to tailor fitness programs to individual and group needs.
    • Act as a backup to team members depending on Fitness Center needs.
    • Provide quarterly reporting on group fitness class participation and established metrics.
    • Incidental duties: Complete required EW training, attend staff meetings, manage time cards.

    Additional Skills:

    • Must have a proven track record of managing health and wellness programs.
    • Must be able to work independently and apply good judgment.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
    • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
    • Adhere to all EHS rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of the environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Sports Science (or related field) Preferred.
    • 0-2 years of experience required.

    Education:

    • Bachelor's (Preferred)

    Experience:

    • Exercise Sports Science (or related field): 1 year (Preferred)
    • Group fitness: 1 year (Preferred)
    • Personal training: 1 year (Preferred)
    • health and wellness program management: 1 year (Preferred)

    Ability to Relocate:

    • Draper, UT 84020: Relocate before starting work (Required)
