Overview:
Method Electric LLC is on the lookout for a meticulous and dedicated Full Charge Operations Manager who will spearhead various departments including Bookkeeping, Scheduling, Expediting, and Logistics.
This pivotal role requires someone with exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable: Generate and issue invoices, record payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.

Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices, schedule payments, and manage vendor relationships.

Bank and Credit Card Charges: Enter and categorize financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare reports.

Payroll Processing: Manage weekly payroll operations, ensure accurate calculation of wages, and comply with tax obligations.

Service Call Scheduling: Coordinate with technicians and clients to schedule service calls and manage the calendar effectively.

Job Estimates: Create accurate job estimates for potential projects and services.

Expediting: Obtain all necessary information and documentation required for permits and approvals.

DOB Permits: Submit, renew, and oversee all Electrical Department of Buildings (DOB) permits.

CON ED Cases: Manage all open CON ED cases and schedule inspections accordingly.

Company Scheduling: Effectively manage the company calendar for inspections, meetings, interviews, and other essential events.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, preferably within the construction or electrical industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks Online (QBO), and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience or familiar with DOB plans, DOB NOW & CON ED. Not a must, training will be provided.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
Pay:
$65, $70,000.00 per year
