Overview:
Duties:
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and visitors
- Connect clients and visitors to the appropriate point of contact
- Be able to answer general inquiries from guests regarding the company's business.
- Handle phone calls professionally and assist callers with inquiries
- Manage mail correspondence
- Manage inventory of office supplies
- Perform data entry and filing tasks with precision and accuracy
- Manage office tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Support office staff with various clerical duties
- Utilize computer skills to maintain electronic records and databases
- Ensure the common areas of the office, including the kitchen, are clean, tidy, and property stocked with supplies
Skills/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED certificate required
- Associates degree preferred
- Administrative or clerical experience preferred
- Computer literacy with knowledge of office software (spreadsheets/word processing)
- Knowledge of Quickbooks software a plus
- Ability to perform clerical tasks efficiently
- Skilled in accurate data entry
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Selfmotivated
- Calm and professional appearance
- Must be able to get along with coworkers
Pay:
$36, $44,000.00 per year
